Known for working behind the scenes, Lamelza is recognized as an “expert’s expert,” specialized in moving businesses away from disconnected tactics and toward unified, high-performing growth ecosystems. As the architect behind the Incend Media Growth Framework™, his methodology blends creative intuition with deep technical proficiency, establishing brand authority across the modern frontier of AI marketing—specifically prioritizing Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO).

Previously, Lamelza built a reputation for industry disruption as the chief executive of Team Media, where he pioneered internet services as a rental amenity for multifamily housing. He scaled the company from a boutique provider into one of the fastest-growing web services firms in the United States, culminating in a successful acquisition in 2007.

Beyond his corporate ventures, Lamelza is a dedicated builder of community infrastructure. As a founding member and advisory board leader for the Orlando Sports Foundation and the ESPN Events Cure Bowl, he played a pivotal role in launching Orlando’s third college bowl game, an initiative that has raised over $6.67 million for cancer research.

Lamelza’s strategic footprint also extends heavily into higher education and major enterprise markets. He has spearheaded digital recruitment and retention initiatives for some of the nation’s largest colleges and universities—sharing his insights as a speaker and contributor to Inside Higher Ed.

In his leadership role at Dealer Uplink and The Automotive Partners, Lamelza worked alongside Fortune 500 executives, helping secure initial capitalization and coordinating corporate strategies. He focused on go-to-market offerings, with clients generating nearly $1 billion in revenue. His efforts also led to the development of interactive mobile technology tailored for the automotive industry, in collaboration with high-profile clients such as AutoTrader.com and Kelley Blue Book.

Today, as a founding member of Blitz Technology Group, Lamelza continues to influence a diverse portfolio of industries spanning venture capital, retail, advertising, and consulting.
